-Prices-

*All prices are set in USD
$25: sketch, Bust
$85: half body
$150: full body
$250: full body + background
$350: Character sheet
$5: Props & extras (guns, knives, plushies, extra limbs, heads, wings, tails, etc.)

*If the prop/extra you wish to add is greater than 70% of the character then the cost of this prop/extra will double.

-EXTRA FEES
Rush fee: $50

*Rush fee will not be available for more than one person per batch of commissions nor for commissions under $50. The rush fee will place your commission as a priority (the commission should not take more than 5 days for its completion, if so, the client will be refunded the rush fee paid.

Commercial fee: 50% of the base price.

*Example:
The commercial fee for a sketch is $12.5.
The commercial fee for a full body is $75.*Without the commercial fee the client is allowed to use the commission for non-profit uses such as profile pictures, banners, personal prints, etc.
*With the commercial fee the client is allowed to use the commission to gain profit with prints, merch, ad campaigns, etc.

-COMMISSION PROCES
If the commission is accepted then I will ask the client to read and agree to the TOS, and we will proceed to the payment methods, once the payment is completed, I will ask for further details on what the commissioner requested and will start working on illustration.
The artist will be working with at most 3 clients at a time. Each client will have a designated day to work on their commission, if slots are full then the client will be contacted every 3 days to work on their commission, if the client does not respond to the artist on this day, then the artist can prioritize other commissions, and the clients designated day will be changed.
Commissions are separated into 3 phases, the sketch phase, lineart & flat color phase and the rendering phase. In each phase the client will be able to ask for adjustments to the illustration until they are content with the result. Once the client has stated that the commission is good enough to move on to the next phase and the artist has started working, adjustments to the prior phase can no longer be requested.*After each phase has ended the client is entitled to a partial refund if they please.

End of sketch phase: 66.6% refund.
End of lineart+flats phase: 33.3% refund
End of render phase: 0% refund

*Once the render phase is completed the client will receive the illustration and is no longer entitled to a refund. If the client cancels the order at any phase, they will receive the illustration in the state it was left at before cancelation.
*The client cannot request a PSD file of the commission as this can put the artists work at risk.
*If at the end of a phase the artist does not feel comfortable proceeding with the commission they can cancel the order, and the client will receive a full refund. In this circumstance the artist can deny the client the unfinished illustration if they don’t feel comfortable with giving it to the client.Depending on the commission requested the amount of time required will vary:

Sketch: 1-2 days
Bust: 3-5 days
Half body: 5-7 days
full body/ + background /character sheet: 1-2 weeks

*If the commission is for some reason delayed without any prior notice the client is entitled to a full refund if requested. This will not apply if the client has been ghosting the artist for a notable amount of time (past 3 days).

I accept commission requests through EMAIL DMs or Artistree. The client must send details about the commission such as type of commission, the requested character and references, after this the client will be contacted within 1 to 2 days either accepting or denying the commission. If commission slots fill up the client will get the option to be put on a waitlist.
-PAYMENT
*USD only
*100% of the cost must be paid up front in order to start the commission, this includes extra fees.
* Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront
I accept payment mainly through PayPal. If you don’t have access to PayPal, I take commissions on artistree. I don’t accept payment through bank transactions, checks or any other form of payment, if unable to accommodate the commission will be denied.
-SLOTS
Each commission equals one slot, if a client orders more than one commission then they will take up more slots. There is a total of 3 slots available at a time.
If all slots are full the client can be added to a waitlist if they which.

• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.• While I'm working on your commission, I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you.• During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.• The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 to 2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.• If the commission is delayed for some reason, the client will be notified• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know within a 2-3 day window.• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.

I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the client. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• I might record the drawing process and post on social media.
• I will be using the commissions for both my socials and my portfolio, a watermark will be added to the commission in these cases.
• I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for commercial use are available for purchase).*If the client does not want me to use the commission to display/promote my work they must notify me so I can remove the illustration.• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel your order before I started working, you will get a full refund.• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.*If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above, they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned artwork and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, I will not be taking on your commission.
